MOTHER NATION
Mother Nation provides weekly cultural healing circles, homeless-prevention services through their Yeha:wi Service Center and Waátunwan outreach, and operates Spirit Journey Village—a culturally informed transitional housing and recovery program for Native women.
Founded in 2013 by Norine Hill, a survivor of multi-abuse trauma and homelessness, Mother Nation centers on “strength through sisterhood,” offering spiritual, cultural, and clinical support from credentialed Native Elders. Their mission is to restore stability, cultural identity, and leadership among Indigenous women, transforming survivor journeys into paths of resilience and empowermenT.
