Indigenous Peoples’ Day: A Day to Celebrate

Hummingbird Indigenous Family Services is excited to host a day to celebrate families and communities coming together at the Seattle waterfront.

Please join us on Oct. 12th at Pier 58 from 11AM-3PM for various family, fun activities, try delicious food from local Indigenous chefs, support local Indigenous artists and other vendors and check out the new octopus playground between our event and the Seattle aquarium. There will even be elements of whimsy and magic with a mermaid story hour.

We will have space for community to share music, poetry and performances in our staged area by the waterfront. Community Organizations, artist, food vendors, and those interested in offering community resources and interactive activities are welcome to table for free.
