We are excited to invite you to our Quarterly Community Event to discuss, taste and participate in live demos on Indigenous First Foods!

Our guest speaker, Jodall Mattson of Wild Hearts Farm will share stories and easy to prepare healthy Indigenous recipes

Our doulas will host a relaxing lactation lounge to celebrate our most important first food - OUR MILK MEDICINE

It’ll be a fun night of delicious and educational Indigenous food demos, community resources, recipe cards, and data reflection activities.
